With 40-plus years of experience in the industry, Chuck specializes in retirement planning and an outcomes-based approach to wealth accumulation and financial planning. Understanding and thoughtful, he is committed to always put clients’ needs first and providing them unbiased advice. His desire to spread financial literacy and to never stop learning drive him in his everyday responsibilities. He enjoys getting to know his clients and is energized by working with them and helping them find the right retirement strategies for their unique needs.


Chuck authored the Amazon number-one bestseller, The Retirement GPS, and has been featured in Proactive Advisor Magazine for active investment management, as well as in a U.S. News & World Report online article entitled, “Keep Your Money Out of the Mattress: Investing for the Short Term.”



Chuck received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tulsa. Earning the professional designations of CLU, ChFC®, and CFP® reflect Chuck’s commitment to excellence within the disciplines of wealth management. Chuck’s credentials include successful completion of the securities registration Series 7 for Registered Representative, Series 65 for Uniform Investment Adviser, and Series 24 for General Securities Principal through Geneos Wealth Management. 


In his free time, Chuck enjoys traveling in his RV with his wife, Glenda, and their two cats, Ruger and Kimber. He also participates in Ham Radio communications, likes building and operating model railroads, and exploring telescopic astronomy.

Operations Manager

Compassionate and engaging, Michelle is dedicated to guiding clients through the paperwork process and ensuring a pleasant experience in person, over the phone, or by email. She wants clients—and prospects—to feel confident in the exceptional level of service she provides. She has been in the financial services industry for more than 35 years while growing her operational and administrative skills in all aspects of customer service.


Michelle specializes in delivering an exceptionally high level of service, helping clients maneuver the many aspects of the service side that can seem overwhelming, breaking it down step-by-step to an understandable and simple process to ease any apprehension they may be feeling. The favorite part of her role is the people. Her entire career she has enjoyed meeting people and hearing their stories. She is so proud of the true and genuine relationships she has a part in building at Woodland Wealth Management.


Michelle understands everyone’s definition of success is different, which is why she believes listening is imperative to the discovery process. To best serve her clients, Michelle is licensed in life and health, earned her associate degree from Tulsa Community College in administrative management, and her insurance agency administration and customer service credentials from Life Office Management Association, and has held the AIAA & ACS designations for over 25 years.


Outside of work, you can find Michelle spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending sporting events with her two sons and husband, Chet, or anything outside—hiking, time at the lake, and walking her fur babies Dory, Millie, and Zoey.
